On the south side of the village Kalavasos, 3 kilometers outside the village, and on the way to the village Mari you will meet the chapel of Saint George. It is surrounded by wild vegetation.

It is a very small chapel, singled aisled with a big inner arch.

It is made of adobes and it is painted with white paint. The yard is cemented and the fencing is composed of a low wall. There is no bell tower.

The chapel is flat and very simple. There is unique wooden psalter. The iconostasis is simple, wooden and with one central gate. The icons are in very good condition as they were restored. On the right side of the iconostasis there is a special case where the icon of Saint George is kept.

The chapel celebrates mass once a year. On 23 April, the feast day of Saint George, the entire community and visitors from other villages come to the chapel and pray.
