Easter in Kalavasos

The Kalavasos Community Council and the village’s organized groups invite you to celebrate Easter with us through a rich program of events for all ages.
From Good Friday to Easter Tuesday, our community comes alive with traditional ceremonies, music and dance performances, children's games, and sporting activities.

We welcome everyone to the village square and event venues to celebrate these holy days with joy and togetherness.

Good Friday – April 18, 2025
18:00: Evening liturgy and Epitaph procession through the village

Holy Saturday – April 19, 2025
08:00: First Resurrection
11:00: Easter message of hope and renewal

Easter Sunday – April 20, 2025
17:00: Friendly football match between married and single locals at the community field

Easter Monday – April 21, 2025
15:00: Traditional Greek dances performed by the village children at the square
15:30: Easter games for children and adults
Followed by a fun tombola with prizes!

Easter Tuesday – April 22, 2025
15:00: Bouncy castle and games for kids at the community field
